Great lotion for a little one Mar 16, 2010

Great lotion, I use it all over my daughter after baths. She does have a few small patches of eczema that I use the Calendula cream on instead. No complaints. It is a small container but the ingredients are top notch and kids are small anyway. It seems to last!

This lotion is worth every penny you spend on it!! My daughter has sensitive skin and the J and J lotion that most people use actually made it worse. This lotion is great. I have only been using it on my 3 month old daughter for a week and her skin has already become soft and supple. I am so glad that I spent the extra money on this lotion!!

I purchased a 3 pack of this lotion while it was on sale. Being pregnant, I have tried to get away from chemical laden products. This lotion, while scoring very low on the Skin Deep database, is also fairly cheap for a natural product. It absorbs wonderfully, doesn't leave the slightest greasy feeling, and makes my hands feel very soft. (I used to use the old formula Jergens aloe lotion, before they added the cucumber and ruined the smell. This lotion makes my hands feel just as good!)

However, the smell of this lotion is almost overpowering. It's not quite lavender-ish as the bottle describes, but is very strong. I have yet to try the sensitive skin lotion, but I have the super sensitive shampoo/body wash that I have been using and there is just a slight scent to that. I'm switching to the super sensitive lotion, since without the strong smell, this lotion would be close to perfect.

both of my children have nut allergies and i love the fact that this lotion does not have any nut oils in it unlike other natural/organic baby lines. the lotion has a subtle scent and a great feel to it. amazon has it at a great price, too!
