Great product Mar 27, 2011
By M&DG Purchased the Buggy Bagg Jr. for our 8 month old daughter. This review is for the more inexpensive version of the Buggy Bagg. Please note that the photo depicted with this product is that of the Buggy Bagg, and not the Jr. model. The Jr. is nearly exact, except that there is no handrail pillow, nor does it have the pockets or bottle holders found on the original. The Jr. is the same size and pattern, and it has the clips to secure it to both the cart & to your child. There is also a loop to attach a toy so that it doesn't end up on the store's floor. We used ours today at 2 stores with 2 entirely different sized carts. Costco with it double-child seat, and Meijer (grocery) with a standard seat but extended handrail containing cup holders. Despite the size & configuration difference, the Jr. fit both carts beautifully. No exposed cart for baby to touch. Product folds up into its own attached pouch, and installs into the cart in a matter of second.

3rd cover the charm Jul 15, 2011
By New mom I didn't listen to another reviewer's suggestion and had tried 2 other covers that didn't cover carts well at all. I finally caved and got this one. It covers my large grocery carts, Target, and Babies R Us carts, and the smaller carts at places like the pet store. I can't say how it fits at wholesale clubs, but it has more fabric available when I use so I imagine it would fit those carts too. It's fairly easy to attach to the cart with one hand and I like how it has the pocket in the back to hold my wallet, cell phone, grocery list and keys. I store it in the plastic bag that it arrived in and usually stick it in the pocket as well. The pattern is cute too, we have the green one with animal print. The problem I had with all the other covers would be the elastic part not stretching and holding well to the handle, but thats not a problem now, there is plenty of "cling." The other ones didn't use enough fabric to cover the back of the seat, so it would slide up and there would not be enough cushion behind his head, this one has plenty of coverage on the seat's back. Other ones didn't clip to the cart, just to him, and that wasn't safe in my opinion and he was able to wriggle around too much. This cover has 2 sets of clips. One set clips the cover to the cart and the other secures him in the cover. This cover comes in pricier versions, but I don't think it would make it any better. It also has this little strip of fabric that velcros to itself to wrap around the bar between the legs. I don't use it since he isn't playing with that area of the cart and there is fabric between him and the bar anyways. It comes with 2 velcroing toy loops to hold his toys (but I never remember to bring the toys in). I don't know how it works at restaurants or if it can work in high chairs, I use a different cover for eating out. Its just an awesome shopping cart cover and I'm glad I found it, couldn't stop remarking on it the first day I tried it out while shopping with my mom. After the frustration of the other ones not fitting properly I think it was worth the extra few dollars, I wouldn't change a thing. I wish I hadn't wasted my time, frustration, and energy trying the other 2 popular brands. I've even gotten compliments on it and people asking where I found it. So glad I caved and purchased the Buggy Bag Jr.

LOVE it!! May 03, 2011
By Vanessa I LOVE this Buggy Bag! It fits over any shopping cart and is really easy to install with one hand while holding my baby in the other. I love that I don't even have to touch the nasty straps and clips on the cart. I can just strap my baby in to the Buggy Bag and then attach the Buggy Bag to the cart. My baby loves it too. He can comfortably enjoy looking at everything around him while I do my shopping. :)

WORKS FOR CARTS AT SAMS CLUB! - YAY! Dec 02, 2011
By Litabonita I had searched and tried a few shopping cart covers including the Bright Starts Comfort and Harmony Deluxe Cozy Cart Cover with very little luck. From all the ones that I tried, some were simply too small to cover the entire cart while others didn't do such a good job keeping my baby from picking up god-knows-what off dirty carts.
Thus, the hunt continued for the perfect shopping cart cover... and after a few months of bad luck, I am happy to report that this is finally the winner!!! This cover actually fits the bigger carts like the ones at Sams Club and BabiesRus- tried and true- YAY! It covers the carts 360 degrees and it looks quite stylish too! Is definitely more padded and comfortable than the others we have tried and it has its own securing belt for your child so you don't have to use the icky ones attached to the shopping carts. It secures to the cart with an outside belt behind the "diaper bag section" and with velcro that hooks below the sitting area. The added securing parts are wonderful if you have a houdini like my son.
The only drawbacks--- 1) the cover itself is too puffy to fit in the diaper bag even when folded; trust me, I tried stuffing it in my gigantic diaper bag and it just took up too much room- definitely not compact as advertised. 2) The place designed to put diapers, wipes, etc, isn't really as useful for that, simply because you can't take the shopping cart with you into the bathrooms; plus you just never know if you are going to need more than diapers and wipes (like a change of clothes in the event of a leaky diaper or blowout); and not to mention is quite a hassle having to transfer all those items from your diaper bag to the "mini-diaper bag section" back and forth- just not worth it in my opinion... I guess you could put your wallet and keys in that pocket or maybe some toys and snacks for the kiddie... These drawbacks aren't that big of a deal to me and by no means worth knocking a star off, but yet still worth mentioning.
Moral of the story- If you shop at Bulk stores or just any store with big carts, I would highly recommend this shopping cart cover. You will not be disappointed! :)

Fits my needs perfectly Sep 23, 2011
By CNGD I have used this at Target, the grocery store, and in restaurant high chairs and have been pleased with it. It covers all edges of the carts and high chair. It can be a little difficult to do one-handed but once you attach it a few times it gets better. I've had several people stop me to ask about it. Glad I didn't buy the full-blown version. The one with the pillow would have been too much bulk. This one does its job just fine. My son loves being able to sit and look around vs being in his car seat. I have not washed it yet so I can't tell you how it will hold up but the construction seems to be sturdy so I don't anticipate problems.
