Great product Feb 07, 2012
By JJ I have both Cameleon and Bee strollers and I have seat liners for both of them. They make the seat much more comfortable for my baby and they are easy to keep clean too! Would definitely recommend!
Lightens up the dark seat color! May 01, 2012
By Laura I purchased this seat liner, in off white, for a Bugaboo Bee Plus. I'm hoping that it will be cooler than the black seat during the summer.
I believe there are two versions of this seat liner. The one that I have (and the one currently depicted on the Bugaboo site) is wider at the top and more tapered in the seat. I've seen versions of this seat liner online where the seat liner appears to have more of an hourglass shape where the width of the back and the seat are the same.
The off white color is less of a cream color and more like a very light khaki. It is very neutral and pairs very well with all of the "special edition" colors; such as soft pink.
The liner is padded and the cover is a soft mesh-like material. At the top, there is a lip of fabric and two small elastic loops that fasten to the black plastic canopy nubs. Then at the seat of the liner is a fabric belt that keeps the liner secured to the seat. On my bee, it is a bit of a tight squeeze and it seems to pull the liner too tight to the point of stretching. However, if I didn't loop this around the bottom of the seat, the liner would probably bunch up and slip around. Most pictures don't show this, but it does attach to the seat, not just at the top.
It would be even more helpful if it had the same two little black elastic straps at the bottom so that I could fasten the bottom edge to the plastic nubs underneath the front of the bugaboo seat. When my toddler climbs in the stroller, the seat liner tends to kind of scrunch up because it's not fastened at the bottom. However, I understand that given the "universal" design, it has to fit other models.
