The picture shows the inside having a built in harness, the actual item does not. It was the reason I chose this over the Balboa, I regret it. It has very little padding, my 6 mo old was very uncomfortable. The fabric seems cheap I haven't washed it yet. It fit fine on a Walmart cart, not sure about a bigger cart. I like the color,pockets and toy loops. Probably not the worst, certainly not the best.

Everyone is always asking me where I got this cover. Very pretty and neutral enough for a boy or girl. My daughter was 7 months old when I bought this. It easily stretches over carts at Meijer. I've never put it on a larger Costco cart. The cushioning is okay. I don't think I'd recommend this for a wobbly sitter. It folds up pretty small, but it would be nice if it had come with a carrying case. The interior straps are only across the lap so I wouldn't rely on them to hold up a baby. Again, that's why I wouldn't recommend this for a baby that isn't sitting well on his/her own. I wish it secured better to the handle bars. My daughter can pull it off the bars and it's main purpose is to stop her from eating them. The pockets are nice, however, since they don't close my daughter can easily reach around and pull stuff out of them.
Basically, it's pretty and okay for stopping a baby from touching a gross cart. I'm happy with my purchase.
Too Small.... May 27, 2012

The cart cover is too small, it doesn't fit Target's shopping carts. The cover doesn't stay over the handle.... I've already caught my son sucking on the bar :/
