It looks great; soft pinks and greens that compliment a pastel nursery and a girl's pure heart, but outside of the looks and the comfort, these covers really serve no purpose. They don't truly protect your Boppy. They aren't waterproof and so spitup and any spillage will seep through to your Boppy, so you'll need to be creative to protect it (which translates into more work on your end). But, the soft underbelly of this product will feel pleasant against your skin and the skin of your baby, so that is a plus. Like I said, it's pretty (it went so wonderfully with our nursery and the `theme' we chose for all things baby with our first daughter) but it isn't particularly useful. Oh well, sometimes `pretty' is all your looking for, and this particular design is a tad cheaper than most the others available. The price is a concern, beings that the Boppy itself isn't `cheap' and so you wind up spending about $50 for a marginally useful, highly overrated `pillow'. To be completely honest, your bed pillow will work JUST AS GOOD as this product. It'll also work just as poorly.
