Do not expect rails to match! Jun 16, 2011

I ordered rails for my crib, quite excited. Unfortunately they were not a match. The rails were about a quarter inch larger than the foot of the bed. The routing was also slightly different from the original. The customer service representative was dismissive and rude. I wish I had purchased a different bed altogether when my child needed a bigger bed.

Do not expect to get good customer service!
