I love this product as a safe, natural way to soothe clogged ducts and help with letdown while pumping. The fabric is so soft. The flax seeds inside really do hold heat or cold. And the indentation in the nipple area is so smart - it lets the heat or cool work on the breast without burning or freezing the nipple.

I've been using these since they arrived. They worked instantly. I now use them between feedings to reduce the pain from vasospasms and general soreness. If I hadn't found these, I probably would have quit breastfeeding, which would have been a huge disappointment. They are worth every cent.

As the mother of a 2 week old preemie, I have been pumping a lot! Ordered a hands-free bra, and an advertisement for the bamboobies was included. I ordered the nipple pads (love them too), and was intrigued by these therapy pads. I decided to splurge on them too, although I wasn't sure my nipples were "that" sore. Well, let me tell you, I love them!!! I pop 'em in the microwave and tuck them in my bra for 15-20 minutes before pumping. They are so nice! The warmth is very gentle, and the fabric is sooo soft! It's really a deliciously soothing and relaxing feeling. In fact, describing it now, I think I'm going to heat them up again. I haven't tried them chilled, but I'm sure they are just as incredibly soothing! Totally worth the purchase! Show yourself a little love and get these therapy pads. You'll be glad you did!

These therapy pillows saved me from major breast pain! The combination of soft fabric and long lasting heat/cold is what makes them so fantastic! OHHH YES, to die for!

I almost didn't buy these because they were so expensive, but if you are looking for top-of-the-line ice/cold packs these are worth it. They are definitively better than others I've seen on the market. The material is super soft, and they are extra large to cover more of the breast. I also bought the "Gerber Breast Therapy Warm or Cool Relief 2 Reusable Packs" (also very highly rated), and these are infinitely nicer and softer. I can't compare to the Earth Mama Booby Tubes as I didn't buy those, but my guess is that these would retain heat/cold longer since they are a bit thicker.
If you are dealing with the pain of engorgement or clogged ducts/mastitis, these are a totally worthwhile luxury in which to indulge yourself!
I also recommend the Bamboobies overnight nursing pads if you are looking for super soft nursing pads. I don't love the regular pads as much, but the overnight ones are great.
