A friend purchased this for my baby because I had it on my baby registry. If it had not been purchased for me, I don't know that I would have ever purchased it myself because of the price. I just thought it was adorable, so I placed it on my registry.
That said, this is quite possibly the best gift I received! Not only is it cute, but it is unbelievably soft and very well-made. I thought it was soft when I unwrapped it, but somehow it got even softer after washing and drying (I use Tide Free & Gentle in a high-efficiency washer/dryer, and do not use fabric softener). Now I want to buy a set of bamboo towels for my husband and I! The towel is thick and plush, and quite large - drastically different from the cotton hooded towels I have.
My only complaint is that the main picture associated with the product shows a towel with a tan/brown outer side and white under side. As there was no option for color choice, I assumed when adding the product to my registry that I would receive the brown towel. Instead, I received an all white towel. If you want a choice in the color of towel you receive, you should consider contacting the seller.

This towel is thick and soft, unlike other baby towels I've come across which are usually very thin and rough. It was even softer and fluffier after I washed it. The bamboo makes the towel feel as soft as my baby's skin and makes the towel very absorbent. I love it!
