I use these in my Rumparooz pocket diapers plus the microfiber liners that come with the diaper for overnight and rarely have any leak issues.

after using these for 6 months on my little boy, i can say they are very absorbent (have to use 2 of these inside a pocket diaper at night time, and only one during the daytime). however, after many washings and dryings, they shrink to about 4.5" X 11.25". that is a little too small for me, wish they made them larger to compensate for the major shrinkage.

I'm quite happy with this purchase - inserts do stain easily, but I haven't tried drying in sun yet to see if this helps.
Good nighttime doubler Jul 07, 2011

I started using these doublers at night in an attempt to help my newborn daughter go longer before waking up. I don't think it helps her sleep any longer because she wakes up hungry instead of wet, BUT if she wasn't hungry I think she would sleep much longer with the doubler than without. The doubler allows her diapers to absorb more moisture. Plus, if she has a BM shortly after changing her, I can remove the dirty doubler and reuse the diaper as long as it isn't dirty/wet.

Seem absorbent i used on in a pocket trainer b4 washing it and she still leaked through it...it didn't fit well in the pocket trainer I think for a larger child a contoured on will work best. Initial impression im just not sure about it....will re-review when i get to use them after washed and on the baby as well as the older child who deep sleeps and wets at night.
