We bought this for the City mini double stroller, as we have a newborn and 2 1/2 year old. Honestly, this was a lifesaver. We have the Orbit Baby travel system, which doesn't offer a double option, except for the "sidekick" option, which isn't acceptable for a long outing. So, I was back to the drawing board, because the Orbit infant seat isn't compatible with ANY other stroller, so I had to find an option that would hold a newborn and a toddler, and compactness and functionality were key. The stroller itself is great, and this is a great addition. It's very narrow, but that can't be helped considering this stroller line was built for compactness. It's insanely east to attach and detach, is comfortable for long walks, and the handles make it easy to transport baby in if you want to keep them in the bassinet for a short time. The only drawback I see is that the sunshade could be more covering, like the sunshades on the stroller. But over all I am so thankful I found this item because it has solved all my problems, and I don't have to buy yet another stroller in a few months...just take it off and she's ready to join her sister in the next umbrella seat! Stroller crisis averted...and money saved!
FYI...if you have a stroller with gray accents, as most of the color options do, I could highly recommend getting the gray bassinet. We have the purple stroller, and the gray goes perfectly. Even though the frame is black, the black bassinet wouldn't have looked right.

We haven't had a chance to use this yet, but so far very pleased with its construction and ease that it connects and disconnects from the baby jogger mini stroller.

I purchased this compact pram for my 2012 city mini. I deliberated over the purchase for months before my son was born, but eventually bought it when he was 2 weeks old.
Im so happy i have it. I love that he can lay flat and most importantly, i can see him. The stroller shade and bassinet shade completely hide him if a nosy (touchy) person approaches me. I dont like random people sticking their heads and hands into the stroller!
It is a very narrow bassinet, but he loves the closeness of it and falls asleep within minutes. Im not sure how long he will be able to use it for, but i love it and feel the money was worth it.

Overall I really like this item. It was easy to instal, appears to be comfortable and is pretty light weight. My only main complaint is that the shade is not very adjustable (would be nice if it detached from the back) and therefore I was always moving things around so my baby wouldn't be in the sun. We used it a lot in the first few months but eventually moved to the carseat attachment because my baby didn't like being flat on her back unable to see what was going on. It's a great option for the first few months when you don't want your baby crunched up in the carseat for extended periods of time, we still use it when she is sleeping.

this bassinet is tiny, it is very narrow, was useful for about a month and then my son grew out of it. not worth the money.
