These sheets are soft and I still feel they are a good value for the price. However, if you really care about organic, please be aware... these say right on the front of the package: Face 100% organic cotton, Back 80% organic cotton, 20% polyester. (They also spell comfort "comfot" on the front of the package.)

I just love these sheets. They fit perfectly and its just what my grandson is used to to fall asleep. The softness is just great. I would recommend these sheets to anyone.

This is the best velour sheet I've ever purchased. It stay soft and fit well after washings. Best value for your dollar.

Ordered these sheets for a 5" mini-crib mattress as was suggested in other reviews. They did not come close to fitting. They only fit the very thin pad that came with the mini-crib. Very disappointed as well in the quality. The elastic is loose and does not go the entire way around the bottom of the sheet.

Compared to the other velour crib sheets available I think this one is a very good value and comparable quality. It is a snuggly soft fabric and as another reviewer had mentioned, it has polyester as the backing of the material (not the part your baby lays on) so I wasn't that upset over it not being 100% front and back organic. After washing it, my husband asked if they made sheets like this for his (king sized) bed :)
