Very unfortunate Feb 12, 2010

I purchased the dresser featured in this photo January 2009. This purchase was a mess from the outset.
The dresser started to crack, peel, the sides pulled apart from the top and from each other...it was a MESS. The dresser came with papers for a one-year warranty. I contacted AFG and spoke to Daniel. He seemed nice on the phone, but repeatedly stated he couldn't do anything as the dresser was already in my possession and that I probably had cleaned it improperly! I was very angry that he suggested I dare to clean the dresser so I told him so. Then he said they did send some of their products out that were not completely dry or ready to be shipped. I felt this was one of those products. Daniel stated I would have to contact the seller as he was unable to honor the warranty. So I contacted the seller of this dress and they worked with me, but this process became a long drawn out affair of emails and phone calls. Daniel even denied the one-year warranty and then when the manager pressed him he remembered that AFG offered a warranty. Eventually the merchant from whom I purchased this dresser gave me a measly $150 in return.

Sadly I've got this bum dresser on my hands. I decided that for the time being I needed to alert people to AFG and their POOR POOR products and without questions POOR POOR service. I would strongly advise looking around before purchasing AFG.
